The Tuscan Cantuccini are obtained by cutting through the loaf stuffed with almonds(approx. 20%) and pine nuts (about 2%). The cookies thus obtained are particularly crisp and golden on the outside,sideways, in the corresponding part of the cut, you can see the characteristic sectionof the almonds which are richly filled. The Cantuccini owes to its traditional manufacturing system, which remained unchanged over time, taste and originality of the peculiarities of form.
